Dr. Lisa Saks joined Williams Eye Institute in August 2019. Her focus is on providing medical eye examinations and contact lens fittings, managing ocular diseases, and providing post-operative care following cataract surgery.
Dr. Saks joined Williams Eye Institute in August 2019. Her focus is on providing medical eye examinations, contact lens fittings, managing ocular diseases, and providing post-operative care following cataract surgery. Her favorite part of practice is working with patients on customizing their vision is the Light Adjustable Lens.
Dr. Saks is a long-time resident of Northwest Indiana, graduating with honors from Munster High School. She graduated cum laude from Indiana University in May 1998 and continued her education at IU receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2000. Dr. Saks went on to complete a medical residency at the Veterans Affairs Center in Danville, Illinois.
She is a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Indiana Optometric Association. In her spare time, Dr. Saks likes to spend her time with her husband and two children whether it be traveling, running marathons, or just spending time together.
