I had cataracts and I was needing a new lens prescription every year. Then it became a new lens prescription every six months. Dr. Kelly removed my cataracts and the results were life changing. I had no idea how difficult cataracts were because of the slow progression. I had quit driving at night because it was too difficult to see. After my procedure I drove in the dead of night and it was like I was 20 again. I could see everything, headlights did not bother me. I could go on and on but I'll simply say, get the cataracts taken care of as soon as you can. You'll never regain the body you had in your youth, but you can regain the eyes you had as a youth.

The team at Williams is great! They are professional, easy to work with and always helpful and compassionate. Trina has always been a standout at Williams. She is professional, a pleasure to interact with and answers questions and offers explanations. If she does not have an immediate answer, she will reach out to the Doctors so any question is resolved. I cannot thank Trina enough for the guidance and support she has provided.

The office staff at Williams Eye Institute can never find my doctors referral. As requested by Williams, I called my Primary Dr for a referral and authorization. I was assured that it was sent to Williams. I also called insurance to make sure that they had an authorization. I spent hours making phone calls. When I arrived for my appointment at Williams they had nothing. The big problem is that the same thing happened for last year's appointment. The office staff at Williams seems to have trouble with Referrals and Authorizations and love to blame it the patient's problem. I had to cancel my appointment at Williams. I will need to find another eye doctor with a better office support staff.
