The office staff at Williams Eye Institute can never find my doctors referral. As requested by Williams, I called my Primary Dr for a referral and authorization. I was assured that it was sent to Williams. I also called insurance to make sure that they had an authorization. I spent hours making phone calls. When I arrived for my appointment at Williams they had nothing. The big problem is that the same thing happened for last year's appointment. The office staff at Williams seems to have trouble with Referrals and Authorizations and love to blame it the patient's problem. I had to cancel my appointment at Williams. I will need to find another eye doctor with a better office support staff.

My experience with Williams Eye Institute was very good. I was anxious about my cataract surgery, however Dr. Blake Williams explained the procedure and let me know what to expect. The staff was very professional and friendly. I did have to wait a couple of times, but the outcome was excellent and I felt it was a small price to pay. I would totally recommend them.

So sad Tried to make an appointment because of a problem I’m having with my eye First off I was told by whoever makes the appointments that it didn’t sound like an eye problem ( is she a medical professional) And if the doctor can’t find a billing diagnosis for my insurance I will be paying out of pocket Refused to give her name and hung up on me Called back and whoever hung up without addressing the call I don’t care how good the Dr maybe your help will destroy your practice
