After thorough testing, Dr Douglas Williams discussed my options with me in detail and allowed me plenty of time to ask questions and get answers before I decided on a path to proceed .

Staff and Dr. Blake were very patient and accommodating for my mom who has severe hearing loss and dementia. Their care and attention to her needs was exceptional.
