Very pleasant as you walk in and sign in with staff. You are called and taken to your room and asked usual questions regarding sight. Assistant follows through with eye testing including dilation of your eyes. My physician Dr. Ann then comes in very pleasant great personality, She then examines my eyes and goes over any concerns I may have. Staff is super friendly throughout your time in the office.

My consultation/evaluation appointment prior to cataract surgery was very thorough, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Doug Williams was extremely informative about all things related to eyes, cataracts, and surgical correction for better vision. Great place, but wait times are long, so be aware when planning your day.
