Professional office and staff.

The staff works well together to provide a thorough experience for the patient. They cover all preliminary tests before the patient is examined by Dr. Williams Dr.Ann Williams is an extremely competent physician. She did my clear lens replacement years ago, and I was so pleased with the outcome. I recently had a serious eye infection that resulted in a periorbital cellulitis infection around the eye on the right side of my face. Another doctor diagnosed me after being misdiagnosed by at least three others. Therefore, the cellulitis was gone by the time I saw Dr. Ann. However, I still had lingering problems. She listened to the events and visits that I experienced over the last six weeks. She examined me thoroughly, and told me why she believed I had both a bacterial infection, cellulitis, and a viral infection with discharge from the lacrimal glands among other side effects. She prescribed a regiment of therapy, which included an eye drop for bacteria as well as a steroid. After a day, I started to feel an improvement. I am sorry that I waited six weeks to see her.

Most of the staff was very nice & friendly, however, due to some of the staff not so friendly. Could not give 5 stars

I was impressed with the whole staff that I came in contact with. I believe that my surgeries will go well.

It would be difficult to find a better staff and facility than Williams Eye Institute. Everyone works together for all patients. Questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
