Well taken care of and very professional

I really appreciate how nice everyone was on my visit. I listened to the recording on their phone and I looked at the website prior to making my appointment to make sure everyone was required to wear a mask. Well the day of my appointment I found out that masks were optional. I am trying to be safe from Covid because I have a 90 year old grandmother and a grandson with some respiratory issues. I was going to cancel but I called back and asked if everyone would be ok with wearing a mask while waiting on me. They were so accommodating and nice about wearing the masks. Nobody made me feel like I was a bother. Gabby was the young lady that walked me through everything and she gets 6 stars. She was truly awesome. The doctor really took time with me and explained everything. I have to admit I was nervous but after going there and meeting everyone I feel more at ease about my procedure.

The service I, received on my visit was a very pleasant, The staff form start to finish was attune to my needs and explained everything to me and was very polite.

My visit to Williams Eye Institute was such a great experience. From the young lady who checked my eyes and got the info. needed to give the Doctor so that I can get an eyeglass prescription, to the exam performed by Dr. Kelly, they explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. They were very nice and very professional! The entire visit was great and I did not have to wait long.
