The experience at William's Eye Institute was very good. Friendly, personable staffers who were welcoming & very informative. The only part I was not pleased with was the constant changing of rooms & the cold temperature in the bldg. Too much walking for some elderly people. I was warned to wear some heavy clothing on the day of surgery. The cataract surgery was quick & painless. The overall experience was great & with some recovery time, I am sure my vision will be much improved.. Thanks Dr Doug & staff.
