I arrived 15 minutes early, filled out some paperwork and my name was called on time. I was examined and seen by the doctor in a timely manner. The doctor was very nice and explained everything to me. She even said if I have any questions later about anything, that I can call the office and she would be glad to answer any questions or concerns. Williams Eye Institute is a great place to go if you are seeking eye care.
