The staff and doctor are friendly professional and knowlegeable. I would not go anywhere else for eye care. Ive been going to Williams Eye Institute for a few years and even had cataract surgery there. I dont believe doctors and businesses realize how important it is to their patients/customers for the staff from the secretary to the doctor to be friendly and to have a smile on their faces. I have left doctors because of grumpy and unfriendly staff. I give everyone at Williams Eye Institute in Merrillville, IN five (5) stars!

I love the girls there. Front desk and Drs assistant s. Always so kind and informative. The Dr's are amazing, all of them. Had Lazer surgery on both eyes for pressure. No more drops. I will continue to go.
