The employees at the Center very professional. Dr. Ann is very reassuring and knowledgeable. The employees seem to work well together. They take the time to assure that you understand everything. At the surgery center that staff was phenomenal as well. They assured you and worked to keep you calm and relaxed. I will recommend others to this clinic.

What a pleasant new surprise it was to have the eye care employee introduced herself to me upon entering the room and explain to me throughout my visit with her what she would be doing, what drops she would be putting in my eye and what they would do so I would know what to expect. I have been to the Williams Eye Institute several times prior to this visit and never has anyone introduced themselves to me nor tell me what their position was and what they would be doing so that was a real pleasant new experience.

Staff is wonderful very professional, and the doctor is awesome. Will recommend this place to anybody.
