I recently had both cataracts removed by Dr Ann. The experience was outstanding. The Dr is caring and knowledgeable. The office is prompt, efficient and well run. The associates are polite and compassionate. I worked in healthcare for 30 years. A great deal of my work involved process development: how to provide the best patient care in the most efficient way. This office has the best process I’ve ever seen which makes it the most up to date and easy for the patient. There’s no fasting, no IV line, no fuss. From the minute you enter the office or surgery center you feel that you’re in competent and caring hands. I highly recommend Dr Ann Williams and the Williams Eye Institute.

The dreaded news. Cataracts!! Williams Eye Institute was recommended by my doctor.. I walked in kinda nervous but that quickly went away. Everyone was so courteous, if I had questions about a test they were doing, it was explained. Wasn't rushed thru any procedure, but my eye exam was taken care of by skilled professionals!!! The more questions I had, the doctor listened and answered. They welcome questions, they do give outstanding service...they treat you like a "one on one"person and not just some "patient"... I have 2 surgerys coming up and I am not a bit nervous. I know I will be in good hands!!! Highly recommend......

I think modern technology is oh so wonderful, the Williams Eye Institute I would recommend anyone with eye trouble to go there, they will help you they're very professional, they treat you like family, my experience how do you say they're off the chain. And yes Iwould recommend anyone to go to the Williams Eye Institute you will be very satisfied...
