Everyone was very nice, Dr Blake was very friendly & through. The Drs technician was the only one that cleaned off the equipment used on me. The technician that did all my testing was very nice but didn’t clean anything.

I definitely recommend Williams Eye Institute if you have problems with your eyes. The staff is welcoming and professional. The doctors are attentive and caring. I'll amend this review once I have my lasik surgery to remove the cataracts in both my eyes. UPDATE: THE surgery went well. No problems.

Everyone was very nice and the new building is great! Appointment time was at 8:15 & was back in my car by 9:20.

Every step of the visit went very smoothly. What room to go to what test was going to be performed and eye drops needed to perform test. Results of test explained. Very pleased with the whole visit.

Every time I go I am impressed with the efficiency of the operation and how smoothly things flow. However, this last visit (my third trip, and second to the new building) I waited 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time. I even arrived 35 minutes early to have my YAG follow up done on my first eye. No explanation, no "we'll be with you shortly" or anything. Two hours?? As I said I have always been impressed with the operation, but this time I was not impressed.

The office staff was very cordial and professional. The technicians and doctor answered all my questions thoroughly and explained the options well without trying to upsell me to an unnecessary procedure.
