Williams Eye Institute made room to see me in an emergency the same day my eye doctor called because I had a bad eye infection and could not see out of that eye. They will be doing my cataract surgeries.

I had to wait 1/2 hr past my appt time but after that everything was very quick & professional & detailed in the exam. Dr. Lanie is very sweet & professional. She just comes across as someone you can believe in & trust right away. I have surgery next month for cataracts. I'm sure all will go well.

From entering the door to a friendly smile and warm greeting to following staff from test stations to an exam room everyone is friendly and professional. Williams Eye Institute is the best ophthalmologist experience I have ever received. They are professional, wonderfully staffed, they listen to what is going on, and to make sure your eye prescription is correct (I was there to fix an incorrect prescription from another provider), they take their time doing so. If something is not right, or just your intuition tells you it's not right, make an appointment. This place is wonderful. I highly recommend everyone to visit Williams Eye Institute for their eye needs.
