Very efficient operation here. Everyone did their individual job however 45 minute wait to be seen is not acceptable. Need to do better on appointment time vs room time

I’ve been going to Williams Eye Institute since it took over Broderson (probably have the spelling wrong). I usually see Dr Ann and and I’m always happy with the whole experience with her & the other employees. This time I had an eye issue/infection and there was a misunderstanding when my appointment was booked. It was scheduled for a complete eye exam with no mention of my infection. It was quickly resolved. Dr Ann was on vacation so yesterday I saw Dr Elaine Kelly. I felt she took good care of me and was just as thorough as Dr Ann. Definitely will be continuing with my eye care at the Williams Eye Institute & will refer others there too.
