I felt at ease with every aspect of the visit at Williams Eye Care from the check-in process to the time with the doctor. The anxiety I felt initially was quickly dissipated.

I don't usually do reviews, however this last visit was horrible. I felt as if l had done something wrong the way I was treated by this female doctor. She rush me out .She said because I had order my glasses on line that there was nothing she could do for me. I was there because I wanted to make sure the prescription in my glasses was the same as what was prescribed. The glasses felt as if they were a little strong. She even said she was not charging for this visit and rushed me out Everyone before her was ok. It felt like a Jim Crow situation.

Williams Eye Institute is amazing this family and group of associates has generated a wonderful place to get top notch eye care!!! Jehovah God Created the eyeball and these doctors take excellent care of our eyes!!! The “new local” is AWESOME!!! Thank you for continuing to serve our community🥰
