I've been going to this eye institute for several years that it's a wonderful place I have received great help courtesy friendliness and compassion for my illness I would recommend it to anyone but remember one thing they moved to 97th avenue in Merrillville if you want to visit them highly recommended five stars

Very efficient office & staff. Elizabeth was courteous & friendly doing my evaluation. Only downside was very floral perfume smell that flared up my allergies! Less scent would be nice
