From the moment I walked at the Front Desk was welcoming and friendly. The Assistant came and got me quickly and got me through the paperwork and testing process carefully and professionally. There were (-3-) different ladies that were guiding me through the process and they all were notably good . The experience there at Williams Eye Institute went way beyond making me feel welcome . I just wanted everyone to know they worked as a Team and I noticed it. Thank you for everything !!!

I've been going here for about 4 years and I love the environment here. All of the staff is wonderful. Dr. Ann Williams has such a great spirit. Dr. Blake is great at what he does also

Worst experience at an eye dr. I waited over and hour before I decided to leave, the wait was not what turned me off so much as seeing a Spanish speaking patient treated poorly. The women who called her back was visibly annoyed by the patient not being able to speak English and spoke loudly and slow to her. The patient speaks another language, she isn't deaf. The assistant said "Not everyone speaks Spanish, we don't have anyone in office that speaks Spanish, you need to bring someone with you if you want to be seen, Go sit down and I'll call you back when we are ready for you." I don't recommend this establishment.
