Doctors is excellent. I hope when you move to your new location the waiting area will be larger. Patients got into a nasty argument because some were talking very loud. Maybe put a sign up to be respectful and quiet in the waiting room. I do not think that some people realize that in an eye care facility some patients are in pain or not feeling well. If the waiting area is confined and patients are often very loud it makes folks get angry during their wait which might filter into their appointment

Both Dr. Doug and Dr. Ann were so great with my mom! The staff was great as well. They explained the procedure in a way she could understand and were happy to answer any questions. They are a very busy practice, but I don't feel like the wait was excessive. I would recommend them!

Everyone at the office is outstanding from the reception area, the technicians, the nurses prepping and during surgery and of course Dr. Ann Williams herself. Absolutely outstanding!
