I took my 96 yr old mom to see Dr. Anne for a laser consult. It brought back lots of memories of her bringing many family members to Dr. Doug in this facility decades ago! She couldn't believe how the practice has grown. The staff and Dr. Anne were very sweet and kind to both of us. The time frame of appt was on point and we will be seeing them again! I was pretty nervous going in for my consultation concerning the cataracts I was recently diagnosed with. I was not sure what to expect. The entire process was speedy, very informative, friendly yet professional. There was no question that I would need surgery, which was hard to hear. My husband was generously welcomed into the actual visit/consultation with Dr. Ann Williams. She was amazingly reassuring, went over all my options, assessed my expectations, then gave me her recommendation. Scheduling was fast and easy. I’m looking forward to better vision, but nervous because these are my eyes. She inspires great confidence.
