I enjoy the desk staff at the Williams Eye Institute. Very friendly and relaxed. The waiting areas are comfortable and cheery. Dr. Doug Williams is the best...... Cataract removal was a breeze! Dr. Elaine Kelly is an excellent Opthamologist and has a caring manner that puts me at ease.

Waiting period was short n every one was friendly. All procedures were explained.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ann’s for years, and that is because she and her support staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, cheerful and kind. The practice is always extremely busy, so wait times can sometimes be a little long, but this also speaks to how well Dr. Williams’ patients are cared about and successfully treated.
