Second visit to Williams Eye Institute. I continue to be impressed with friendly and professional personnel and thoroughness of exam. Everyone had positive attitudes and were pleasant. I was given a prescription printout before leaving....without asking. Dr. Kelly is pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I look forward to future visits. No knocks. Definitely 11 out of 10.
