I really respond to professionalism, warmth, and friendliness. Since prices of everything is over-the-top, I was turned off by sales pitches for out of pocket lens. it's happening with every facet of our recent lives after Covid-19. Everything has gone up accept our income. Most staff members had a good sense of humor and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. At this point, I'm mainly interested in having good vision after the cataract surgery. I'm 74 years old, with a Ph.D. I don't expect to be chastised for forgetting my paperwork. Things happen with all of us. I was happy that Elizabeth at the from desk supported me in rectifying the situation. Heather and Liz and others made all the difference by informing me of what's to come. Dr. Blake Williams was informative and knowledgeable.

From the minute i walked in i was confident i was at the right place. pleasant staff, room immaculately clean. Check in was prompt and i was called in a swift time. The nurses were concise, polite and nice bedside manners. it was a pleasure to meet Dr.Ann .She was so thorough and her smile lit the room. You can tell she was professional by how she handles herself, look into everything then made her determination after. She set my mind at rest.I think when i need any further eyecare, i plan on going back there.
