My experience at the Williams Eye Institute was horrible for several reasons. They don’t respect or value their patients time. During my consultation I was not informed that I would be expected to return I day, 1 week and 1 month for follow up visits. At your appointments you can expect to wait at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before you are called to have your eyes dilated and then another 45 minutes to 1 hour before you see the doctor. On the day of my first surgery I experienced pain that was not acknowledged. I was only told sternly to “look at the light” while my feet were held down on the bed. On the day of my second surgery the medical staff asked me if I had been “ difficult” because I was receiving an IV sedative I would not ever recommend the Williams Eye Institute and anyone who reads this review should consider going to another health care facility that has displays empathy and concern for their patients and values their patients’s time.

Everything about Williams Eye Institute is efficient, courteous and all about getting everyone taken care of in an organized and clean environment.
