So Far my experience at Williams eye Institute has been Great and after I got my cataract removed I’m really Greatful for the next chapter in my life to be able to see without glasses. I’m Blown away with this blessing that the Lord gave the talent to Mr Williams so that I can see without Glasses. Yes I said it again “Without “ Glasses… I will recommend Williams Eye Institute to anyone who needs professional eye care……The Customer Support is another awesome thing to me that they take pride in, every company should take notes from this establishment, they call you after your surgery to make sure you’re doing ok. I can’t say enough about Williams Eye Institute. Did I mention that I was completely satisfied. Maybe you can tell by now.

Friendly staff, not too long on wait time.

Most of the front desk staff does not know what they are doing and keep talking about patients while they are waiting and listening ..so unprofessional. Medical records laying on the counter for anyone to see. I have no business seeing someone’s orders or after visit information while checking out. How is this Hippa complaint? Makes me think someone looked at my information also. The Doctor assistants/techs were great however the wait for the doctor was ridiculous. Hour and a half wait and they say we don’t know if he’s here he is always late. I don’t care if you live in Chicago or in Africa if you schedule your patients don’t waste their time and then rush trough the appointment because you’re behind. All these people are standing around and waiting for him so they can do their job. 2 stars because of the assistant/ tech only.

I had a consultation with Dr Douglas Williams this week…for cataract surgery. I can’t say enough about him and his staff and how wonderful everyone was. Very professional, very upbeat and very good at making me feel comfortable and answering all my questions. I feel like I am in good hands and recommend them to everyone facing cataract surgery.
