I've been going here for about 4 years and I love the environment here. All of the staff is wonderful. Dr. Ann Williams has such a great spirit. Dr. Blake is great at what he does also

Worst experience at an eye dr. I waited over and hour before I decided to leave, the wait was not what turned me off so much as seeing a Spanish speaking patient treated poorly. The women who called her back was visibly annoyed by the patient not being able to speak English and spoke loudly and slow to her. The patient speaks another language, she isn't deaf. The assistant said "Not everyone speaks Spanish, we don't have anyone in office that speaks Spanish, you need to bring someone with you if you want to be seen, Go sit down and I'll call you back when we are ready for you." I don't recommend this establishment.

I had been there last year and had a good experience. I was attempting to make an appointment and they told me I needed a referral from my primary care physician. So then I got the referral from my primary and when I tried to make the appointment the receptionist kept putting me on hold for no reason and was acting weird. Every question she asked me what’s your birthday and name , then hold… and you were here before last year why do you want to come now, because I’m having eye pain, please hold, then what was the doctor that gave you the referral, I told her the doctor, please hold, then and have you been somewhere else. I then hung up. I don’t know what their problem is. I didn’t do anything. The only thing I can think of his I’m Hispanic.

They were pleasant and knowledgeable.

Everyone was great through the whole process. Carlotta is exceptional with people. Savanah is always a joy and Dr Ann is awesome! 🙂

Short waiting time and staff was friendly including the doctor!!😃
