The Doctor, as well as, the employees are all very professionals and treat people with the utmost respect and they explain thoroughly about what procedures will take place the preparations before actually seeing the doctor and the Doctor will check the eyes thoroughly and she will advise if there are any more procedures that a patient will need if there are none then all is well!!!!
