From the moment I walked at the Front Desk was welcoming and friendly. The Assistant came and got me quickly and got me through the paperwork and testing process carefully and professionally. There were (-3-) different ladies that were guiding me through the process and they all were notably good . The experience there at Williams Eye Institute went way beyond making me feel welcome .
