Greeted warmly. All staff I dealt with identified themselves and explained their role, including each test that was being done. This was the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. Dr Ann Williams was thorough and her recommendations were well thought out. She made me feel very comfortable. I was impressed with her knowledge. She is knowledgeable about the latest technology. I can’t wait to have my procedure done and not have to wear glasses after 50 years of doing so.
