My husband was very happy with his service by Elaine the eye nurse she was very nice and explain everything that she was going to do, yes I would recommend William Eye Institute very clean very nice place staff there is very nice.

Went here for an evaluation for my eyes and was told I have to wear a mask.I don't wear a mask. The office seamed to be disorganized and just matter a fact. Not friendly at all. Would not recommend Williams Eye Center.

Everyone was exceptional! Great hospitality! Highly recommend Williams! Ann did my cataract & my eye is CLEAR again! Ann us very nice & takes the time for questions… and appointments are pretty much on time!

Excellent Practice ! Years with Dr. Ann and am very pleased with her from Exams to Cataract Surgery and very easy to talk with explains everything. . Met Dr. Gomez once from Merrillville he was covering for Dr. Ann excellent visit with him and explains all like Dr. Ann. The Assistants have always been excellent as well Charlotte & Tammy all! Joyce at front desk always very professional and helpful on person or on the phone.. Gets busy but worth the wait ! Thank you William's Eye Institute❤

The medical service is excellent but covid requirements are not possible to follow. Today the parking lot was full so we knew we may face a problem. Everyone has facemasks on but it was impossible to maintain 3' distance in the waiting room when seated, every chair was filled. The room where you wait to see the Doctors was full with no space between people. The whole process was overbooked. This was the worst it has ever been so I am assuming that something had caused the backup. It took 1.5 hours for me to be processed with no more then 15 minutes with the tech and maybe 20 minutes with the doctor. All the other time was spent sitting in crowded waiting rooms. I respect the times we are dealing with and do not wish to diminish the value of the medical care I get, but today I grew more and more uncomfortable with the time spent waiting in overfilled rooms. There was no place to go since the lobby waiting room was also uncomfortably full.
