Excellent Practice ! Years with Dr. Ann and am very pleased with her from Exams to Cataract Surgery and very easy to talk with explains everything. . Met Dr. Gomez once from Merrillville he was covering for Dr. Ann excellent visit with him and explains all like Dr. Ann. The Assistants have always been excellent as well Charlotte & Tammy all! The medical service is excellent but covid requirements are not possible to follow. Today the parking lot was full so we knew we may face a problem. Everyone has facemasks on but it was impossible to maintain 3' distance in the waiting room when seated, every chair was filled. The room where you wait to see the Doctors was full with no space between people. The whole process was overbooked. This was the worst it has ever been so I am assuming that something had caused the backup. It took 1.5 hours for me to be processed with no more then 15 minutes with the tech and maybe 20 minutes with the doctor. All the other time was spent sitting in crowded waiting rooms. I respect the times we are dealing with and do not wish to diminish the value of the medical care I get, but today I grew more and more uncomfortable with the time spent waiting in overfilled rooms. There was no place to go since the lobby waiting room was also uncomfortably full.

Had cataract surgery on Wednesday Very happy with the staff and the doctor. I am having second cataract surgery next Wednesday I would refer all my friends and family to this facility

Had cataract surgery on both eyes, 1 week apart, with Vivity lenses, performed by Dr. Blake Williams. The staff and Doctor were wonderful. My vision is so clear now, and there was no pain.

Everyone in the office -- office staff, tech assistants, anesthesiologist and Dr. Ann Williams -- took the time to answer any questions had, making sure I understood their responses. This professionalism made me feel comfortable. It isn't easy to decide to have surgery on one's eyes, but the care I received makes me comfortable recommending the Williams Eye Institute to those trying to decide on cataract surgery.

I had a laser service done on both eyes to clear my vision worked pretty good he did a real good job everyone was very polite and listened to what you have to say which is hard these days to find doctors that will listen to what the patients have to say and answer questions 😀 😉 😄 😊 🙂 👍
