My first impression was favorable, unfortunately, when all was said and done, my cataract surgery was not successful. Worst of all, I was gaslighted by Dr. Ann Williams, because she had to know based on the complications I described to her, that the surgery was not successful, but she did not acknowledge it. Subsequently, I consulted with the Eye Center at the University of Chicago, where I was finally told the unfortunate truth, which is, I will have to live with the complications because corrective surgery is too risky. BEWARE Y'ALL, an efficient staff and pleasant environment does not mean a 100% success rate; actually there is no such thing, so ask upfront about the possibility of complications, particularly if your surgeon is the aforementioned Ann Williams.

This is an office with the best eye care in NW Indiana. The doctors are always on their game and attentive. Staff is kind and professional. They are all patient with our family challenges. They don't rush patients out the door and they listen. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that with their thoroughness the time in the office is up to 2 hours. They just need to inform that info when making appointments.
