Impressed with facilities and staff
As always my appointed visit was pleasant, timely and efficient.
Easy…affordable…professional & caring!!!
Very professional and efficient. Only negative was having to wait 45 minutes after appointment time before seeing any staff.
Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and friendly. They explained in detail every step of my exam and my surgery procedure. After my surgery, which went very well, I received a follow-up call to check on my recovery. They provided me with a great customer experience.
Williams Eye Institute has a super staff that makes you feel that professionals are taking care of your vision. Highly recommend them.
