First of all, staff was efficient & pleasant. My husband was seen in a timely manner. He had several different exams to determine what his issue is. He was given a frank opinion regarding what his limitations would be going forward. All in all we were very pleased with the whole process!

I enjoy the desk staff at the Williams Eye Institute. Very friendly and relaxed. The waiting areas are comfortable and cheery. Dr. Doug Williams is the best...... Cataract removal was a breeze! Dr. Elaine Kelly is an excellent Opthamologist and has a caring manner that puts me at ease.

Waiting period was short n every one was friendly. All procedures were explained.
