I enjoy the desk staff at the Williams Eye Institute. Very friendly and relaxed. The waiting areas are comfortable and cheery. Dr. Doug Williams is the best...... Cataract removal was a breeze! Dr. Elaine Kelly is an excellent Opthamologist and has a caring manner that puts me at ease.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ann’s for years, and that is because she and her support staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, cheerful and kind. The practice is always extremely busy, so wait times can sometimes be a little long, but this also speaks to how well Dr. Williams’ patients are cared about and successfully treated. I have been going here for several years but today was the Worst. I arrived 15 minutes early, my appointment was at 11:30. I left out of this place at 1:00. I complained to the Doctor about how so many of his patients went before me even though their appointments was after mine. This is very unacceptable, frustrating, especially while I am in so much pain. Then I get a nonchalant attitude, no empathy. It shouldn't matter what the patients appointment is for because when it comes to your eyes all your patients are important.

Everything was ran very well.

Everyone has been simply amazing. From the first visit with Dr. Ann Wliiams, then the surgery center, to the final lock-in procedure with my LALs with Dr. Sacks. I've visited both offices and had an excellent experience at both. You would be hard pressed to find a better, more caring, and skilled staff. Please strongly consider this practice.
